Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

Conduct task and job analysis to identify suitable talent pools for sourcing processes.
Evaluate resumes using various channels to pinpoint suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews, both online and offline, and assess candidates based on standard operational procedures to select the most suitable candidates.
Test and rank candidates, check references, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Serve as a point of contact for both users and candidates, fostering influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve recruitment goals.
Fulfill all administrative requirements for the recruitment process to ensure operational excellence, including posting on internal and external sites, specifying needs to external recruiting agencies, etc.
Represent the organization at employment fairs and engage in campus recruiting activities.

Requirements

Does it match your criteria?

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
Have 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
Good understanding of the recruitment cycle.
Familiarity with psychological assessment tools.
Knowledgeable in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) for recruitment.
Strong negotiating skills.
