Role description:

Oversee team members in managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job advertisement posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview scheduling and conducting, offer creation, reference checking, and onboarding arrangements.
Acting as a lead point of contact to a variety of stakeholders across a busy and varied portfolio
Managing and mentoring a team of recruits, with a view to continuously improving delivery, with a focus on delivering an amazing candidate and client experience
Recruiting for a variety of positions including cost estimators, schedulers, engineers, project/program managers, and other specialist roles
Contribute actively to global recruitment efforts by sharing best practices and collaborating with global Talent Acquisition partners.
Proficiency in Excel and system skills are essential, as daily tasks involve working within an Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (this is a plus not a must) or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Preferably has experience in a similar industry or with recruitment agencies.
Mature, responsible, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and excellent in communication.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
