The Job

Partner with business stakeholders and HR Managers to develop and implement practices and programmes with the objective of fostering ongoing positive employee engagement.
Responsible for planning, budgeting and implementing employee relations activities, including but not limited to employee wellness programme, staff recreation/ recognition programme, farewell party, family fun day, annual dinner, scholarship & bursary, long service awards, etc.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process by attracting and bringing onboard the best candidates with the right set of skills and competencies.
Prepare HR reports, HR data analysis, etc. for management review as required.

The Person

Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of HR experience working in a sizable or multi-national company, experience in planning and organizing employee activities and hosting events.
Relevant experience in property management or real estate industry for HR or recruitment related functions is an advantage.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
