Job Responsibilities:

As HRBP, you will be responsible for providing HR professional daily support to our retail operations, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Retail HRBP Manager in the development and execution of regional HR strategies and programs that drive business success and employee engagement.
Partner with retail teams to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a positive work environment.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Assist in the recruitment interviewing, selection, and onboarding process for retail employees, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and leverage insights to drive informed decision-making.
Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.
Partner with the Learning and Development team to facilitate training and development programs for retail employees to enhance their skills and competencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on retail operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Workday systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
