Drive innovative pitches and project development for both your roster and agency-wide initiatives.
Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with talent’s goals.
Negotiate contracts with confidence and advocate for talent every step of the way.
Scout and champion new talent, bringing fresh perspectives and voices to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on talent management with an established roster of creators.
Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Drive: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines seamlessly.
