JOB DESCRIPTION – ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience Improvement: Contribute to the design and implementation of various employee experience programs, creating engaging communication materials and strategies to uplift employee experience.
Community Platform Development: Support the creation and growth of an employee engagement and community platform, fostering connection and collaboration.
Innovative Solutions: Utilize Agile and Design Thinking methodologies to develop people-centered solutions that will improve the employee experience.
Project Management: Lead and run various projects and initiatives, coordinating between stakeholders, product owners and vendors, including technology deployment and development where relevant.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner across unit or departments to deliver impactful employee experience initiatives, contributing to planning, resource allocation, and program success.
Learning & Development: Actively participate in new learning initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous self-improvement.
