We are seeking an Employee Experience Manager to join the ALTERLIFE team and drive our commitment to creating an outstanding workplace culture. In this role, you’ll develop and implement strategies that support an engaging, inclusive, and productive environment at every stage of employee’s journey. Collaborating across teams, you’ll ensure that ALTERLIFE’s core values resonate throughout our organization, empowering our people and fueling our growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

o Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs of culture, wellness, recognition, teamwork to foster a motivated and performing workforce in line with our values

o Talent Management: Empower employees by creating a development framework that maximizes their potential. Focus on exposure to new opportunities and ongoing support for personal and professional advancement

o Performance Management: Collaborate with management to drive performance goals and support employees progress in their careers through a culture of continuous feedback

o Well-being Initiatives: Create wellness programs that support our staff’s physical, mental, and emotional health

o Feedback & Retention:Gather feedback through surveys and meetings, using insights to shape engagement and motivation strategies

Key Requirements & Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Other Related Business filed

o A master’s degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage

o 4+ years of experience and demonstrated ability in employee engagement, training and development or a similar HR role

o Strong project management, teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
