Hours : 9.00-5.30 Mon-Fri

Purpose of role

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and communications from both a creative and analytical perspective in a full 360 degree role.

General Overview;

Support the Marketing Manager in their daily role and help deliver the marketing and communications strategy in-line with pre-determined brand objectives.
Manage and execute day-to-day activities associated with all marketing including project management, activity tracking and reporting.
Help to support Marketing, Social Media, Sales Team, E-commerce, Education, Customer Support, Design, International Sales and all internal departments.
Support training other colleagues and most importantly, salons and spa partners.
Build relationships with and support management of third-party agencies, including PR and editorial, copywriters, collateral and merchandising production and printers – checking marketing copy, co-ordinating sign off of all marketing materials, ensuring the design and messaging meet brand objectives and guidelines.
Ensure all projects are completed within the given timescales and with given budget

Person Specifications:

Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
Degree educated in marketing or business
Passion for retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewellery, hair care or skin care
Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
Very results driven
Creative yet Analytical
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
