Job Description

The innovative and dynamic Senior Manager of People Experience Communications will work with Client’s People Communication’s team on the development of internal communication strategies. This is a pivotal role, connecting corporate communications and employer branding skills to shape the employee experience with our clients’ internal teams. To do this, we need a strategic thinker to provide clear, engaging, and impactful content that resonate across all levels of an organization. Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy which aligns with culture, values, and business objectives.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms, including intranets, newsletters, town halls, and social media.
Content Creation: Craft compelling and creative content that effectively communicates key messages related to employee experience, change management, mission, vision and values.
Collaboration: Partner closely with our client stakeholders, which includes leadership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
People management: this is a people leader role with 1 immediate direct report.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Skills:

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to create strategic communication plans and execute them successfully.
Experience in vision, culture and values communications.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of how to partner with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence across various levels of the organization.

Exposure:

Digitally curious and savvy.
Excellent relationship and people management skills.

Fluency in English required.

This position is open to remote work in the UK - Some travel may be required.
