Our enterprise FinTech client (nonbanking) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage strategic projects within their Human Resources department. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

3+ years of Project Management experience in an HR/People context
Experience managing the execution of standard HR cycles (compensation, benefits, HRBP, etc.)
Proficiency in project management tools (ex: Asana)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
PMP or equivalent certification (highly desired)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks as needed and monitoring progress effectively.
Facilitate open and inclusive communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, adapting plans as needed.
Track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate productive project meetings and working sessions.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Orchestrate the seamless execution of events, communications, and programs outlined in the People calendar.
Manage dependencies between projects and calendar events, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date People calendar.

Job Details:

Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Ballantyne
Target Compensation: $50-$55/hour W2
