seeking a Creative Services Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

The Creative Services Manager will lead and inspire our design team, driving the

creation of impactful designs across both print and digital platforms. This role requires a

balance of creative vision, leadership, and operational expertise to ensure outstanding

design work while exploring scalable solutions for team growth, such as building

overseas teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee the design team responsible for creating page layouts for advertorials,

event identity design emails, newsletters, digital/print ads, and special sections in

our print magazines.

 Ensure all creative assets align with Modern Luxury Media's brand standards and

client expectations.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, editorial, and

production, to deliver cohesive campaigns and projects.

 Develop and implement scalable solutions to support team growth, including

exploring opportunities for building overseas teams.

 Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines and

budget requirements.

 Handle your own list of clients and accounts

 Mentor and guide the design team, fostering professional growth and a culture of

creativity.

 Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously

improve design workflows.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

 Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.

 Proven experience managing and scaling creative teams, including remote or

overseas team structures.

 Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with

digital tools like InDesign, Figma & Sketch.

 Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage

multiple stakeholders and priorities.

 A strong understanding of luxury branding and high-quality design aesthetics is a

plus.
