Responsibilities

HR Leadership

Develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results and support the company's growth objectives
Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with the company's overall business strategy

Talent Management

Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent
Develop and manage effective onboarding, retention, and succession planning programs
Create and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and employee growth

Other HR Responsibilities include

Defining and leading all of HR Operations, L&D, Comp and Benefits, and Organizational Development

Qualifications

Degree in related Human Resources or business field, advanced degree is a plus
10+ years of overall HR experience
3-5+ years of HR senior-level leadership
Professional experience in the AI software industry
Multi-national experience is a bonus
Must have a startup company mentality
