Description

This role is standalone in the region but will collaborate closely with the People and Culture team at our corporate office in the US. The position requires a strong background in all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, talent acquisition, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of developing and implementing HR strategies to support our diverse team in the APAC region.

Essential Functions

Implement Regional HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, and payroll management.
Oversee the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
Administer payroll for the region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax and labor laws.
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and team leaders across the region.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across different countries in the APAC region.
Drive cultural initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development.
Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Manage and recommend solutions to employee relations matters.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices across the APAC region.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages spoken in the APAC region being an advantage.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience and Physical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional role covering the APAC region.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time during the shift.
Finger, wrist and hand dexterity with repetitive motion
