Job Overview

Manage Human Resources operations for a group of four business units, supporting the US President and senior management. This lead HR Manager / Generalist role covers recruitment, employee development, benefits, and employee relations, with a strong focus on conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. The role will also help shape the HR strategy for future US acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly.
Transformational Leadership: Develop and implement new HR processes and procedures to support business growth and foster a high-performance culture.
Employee Relations: Act as the main contact for employee concerns, addressing and resolving conflicts promptly to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, ensuring efficient enrollments and updates.
Performance & Development: Guide the performance review process and support employee development plans.
HR Strategy & Reporting: Prepare HR reports for senior management, analyze data for insights, and help develop HR policies and strategies.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
8-15+ years in HR, ideally in a standalone role.
Strong US employment law knowledge, conflict resolution skills, and HR software proficiency.
