Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire HR gamut, managing all phases of the employee life cycle.
Develop and implement HR programs aimed at enhancing productivity and employee engagement.
Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
Drive manpower planning to align workforce needs with business objectives.
Manage performance management processes, ensuring a high-performance culture.
Lead employee engagement activities, creating a positive work culture and enhancing team morale.
Handle employee grievances with impartiality, ensuring fair and effective resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Extensive experience in senior HR leadership, preferably overseeing HR operations in a large 5-star resort.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce and navigate complex HR operations.
