Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart and dynamic professional to strengthen recruitment & deploy expertise in sourcing across the roles & managing end to end recruitment within the organization. This opportunity is best suited for self-driven individual who wants to build career in recruitment in Design & Construction space.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage (as an individual contributor) end to end recruitment cycle - sourcing to offer

• Understands the Design & Construction Industry dynamics

• Understands the business requirement thoroughly

• Expert in sourcing & identifying the best channel to source

• Expert in search criteria & keywords

• Hands on with skill mapping & creating Job Descriptions

• Proven track record of ensuring closures within timelines

• Must have handled multiple positions simultaneously

• Should have managed stakeholders effectively

Required Education & Experience:

• Regular Graduate in Psychology/ Mass Comm’/ English Hons.

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in recruitment with at least 4 years in Design & Construction industry

Required Skills:

• Should have worked on niche & senior level positions

• Excellent communication skills: verbal & written

• Expertise in primary & secondary research

• Attention to detail
