Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various levels of positions.
Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline.
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
Employer Branding: Champion the employer brand by promoting the company as an employer of choice through online and offline platforms, employee referral programs, and recruitment events.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to onboarding.
Interview & Selection: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the selection process, ensuring best-fit candidates are hired.
Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
HR Technology & ATS: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency.
Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with the HR operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the company.
Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices to foster a diverse workplace.
External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to attract top talent.
Job Market Trends: Stay up to date with labor market trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Singapore employment market and recruitment best practices.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.

Preferred:

Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Experience in regional or global recruitment roles.
Experience in recruitment for specialized sectors (e.g., tech, finance) is a bonus.
