Responsibilities:

Talent Review & Development: Support the organization's talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning to identify high-potential employees.
Succession Planning: Ensure proper follow-through on talent review actions, focusing on key positions and succession plans.
Pipeline Programs: Manage talent pipeline programs such as sponsorships and management associate programmes.
Competency Frameworks: Develop functional competency frameworks that aligns with business needs.
Development Programs: Design and oversee development programs such as mentorships and leadership training.
HR Policies: Create and implement policies that improve talent attraction, development, and retention.
Data & Analytics: Analyse talent data and create reports to guide decision-making for management.
Facilitation Skills: Design, implement, and manage internal programs that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in talent management.
Strong understanding of talent assessment tools and development strategies.
Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations for senior management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in facilitating programmes/ meetings
