With our first client onboard, we are primed to make an impact! We're seeking a long-term assistant to join us part-time and grow with us as we scale.

We are looking for a proactive, organized Part-Time Executive & Project Assistant to support the Founder in both business and personal projects. This role will also involve light project management and recruitment support, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. If you enjoy keeping things running seamlessly, staying ahead of deadlines, and organizing projects, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support

Manage timelines and deliverables for business and personal projects.
Input tasks and deadlines into Jira (or similar tools) and track progress.
Conduct research and prepare necessary project materials and resources.
Organize and maintain business documentation and licenses.

Calendar + Task Management

Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings with clear prioritization.
Maintain to-do lists and provide regular reminders for key tasks and deadlines.
Ensure tasks and timelines align with business goals and priorities.

Communication + Inbox

Manage email inbox, drafting responses and filtering important messages.
Act as the communication bridge between the Founder, team members, clients, and vendors.
Coordinate follow-ups to ensure smooth communication flow.

Recruiting Administration + HR Support

Post job openings, review applications, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Assist with onboarding tasks and payroll management via tools like Gusto.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with employment standards.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Clear, concise communication skills—both written and verbal.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and HR/payroll systems (e.g., Gusto) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and stay ahead of deadlines.
Comfortable managing remote operations with regular check-ins.

Compensation

$250 per week for approximately 10-12 hours of work. Additional hourly compensation available if more hours are required.
Flexible schedule with remote work options.
Regular communication and alignment with the Founder to stay on track.
