Requirements For The Learning And Development Specialist

Plan, develop, and promote continuous employee development and employee engagement.
Develop, design, and execute strategies to further employee development through the creation of training programs that will improve employee performance.
Plan and coordinate employee events and activities to improve wellbeing and enhance employee engagement.
Strong in advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience in ADP or learning systems.
2-3 years of experience in learning or training.
