The Role

As the HR Manager (People & Culture Manager), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's ambitions. Key Responsibilities

Develop & Implement HR Strategy: Create and roll out a people strategy that supports business needs and drives cultural transformation
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Streamline hiring processes and create a standout candidate experience to attract high-quality talent
Employee Engagement & Retention: Leverage engagement tools and strategies to create a cohesive and positive work environment
Policy & Compliance: Maintain and enhance compliance with health, safety, and ISO standards

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience: Strong HR management experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field
Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to culture-building
Culture-Oriented: Skilled in promoting a collaborative and positive workplace environment

Benefits

Working Hours & Benefits

Salary: £40k / £50k depending on experience.
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
