With ambitions to take the Brand to the next level they are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership and lead on the development of the brand.

The role:

As Senior Brand Manager will have full ownership of the brand to create a strategic vision for its continued growth.
Tasked with developing a clear and purposeful pathway for the brand’s future as it continues to grow from strength to strength.
As Senior Brand Manager, you will be taking a full 360 view of the brand and involved in all channels, using data insights to inform decision making for future recommendations.
With an exciting NPD pipeline, the Senior Brand Manager will manage from ideation to launch.
Line management of 1 direct report and additional management of external agencies where needed.
Incredibly hands on position, you will be given autonomy and expected to drive your own creativity and strategy into the brand.

Ideal candidate:

We looking for someone that can show they have grown brands, led campaigns and influenced the grocery retail customers
You’ll have gravitas to stand up and get people to listen; connecting internal and external audiences to champion this priority brand
Be strategically minded with experience of using data insights and trends to inform decision making.
Organised, methodical, analytical, and proactive
Bringing a track record of success within FMCG Brand Management and be a foodie!

Benefits & details:

c£70k (DOE) plus package

3 days in Home Counties office
