Responsibilities

Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational needs, including leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with division heads to address talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Manage and execute employee surveys, analyze results, and create action plans with operational teams.
Deliver engaging training sessions, including orientation and in-house workshops on leadership and communication.
Implement modular training frameworks and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
Build partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders to enhance employer branding and recruitment.
Oversee training logistics, vendor management, grant facilitation, and maintain accurate training records.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, including leadership and talent development frameworks.
Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS, and MS Office.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Creative and resourceful, with expertise in modern training methods and tools.
Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to feedback and drive change.
