Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles
Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, organize and schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
Promote the company as an employer of choice by attending career fairs, hosting recruitment events, and actively engaging with potential candidates.
Track and report key recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Maintain positive candidate relationships, providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience.
Any other assigned role

Job Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the engineering industry
