Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals with a passion for recruitment to join our team. You'll get the chance to work in a fast growing company with a fun culture and you'll get the opportunity to learn about the tech industry. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be joining a growing recruitment team and your responsibilities will include:

Generate leads and cultivate relationships to support the inbound talent acquisition team
Lead the execution of recruitment events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and organize recruitment events
Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds
Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance event effectiveness

MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree or higher
Strong interest in recruitment in the IT industry
Fluent in English communication skills
Proactiveness, excellent organizational and project management abilities
2+ years of recruitment experience
