Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation for successful onboarding.
Conduct proactive talent sourcing and search strategies to maintain diverse pipeline of key talent.
Collaborate and partner with hiring managers from different service lines to fulfil their talent requirements.
Provide data-driven insights on market trends and recommend recruitment strategies.
Generate management reports on relevant talent metrics for key decision making.
Lead ongoing recruitment initiatives and engagement with industry partners and institutes of higher learning to promote our employer branding.
Co-lead in staff engagement initiatives as part of People and Culture team.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the professional services industry.
Strong partnering experience with stakeholders in talent sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to source and manage diverse roles with strong project management skills.
