Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment and onboarding for hotel and restaurant teams
Manage employee relations and promote wellbeing initiatives
Enhance employee engagement to align with the hotel's luxury standards
Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and are consistently applied
Lead performance reviews and provide guidance to managers
Oversee payroll and manage competitive compensation packages

What they are looking for:

5+ years in HR, preferably in luxury hospitality
Proven success in talent acquisition and retention
Strong background in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
In-depth understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
