About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to play a key role in helping to plan, analyze, and execute the HR team’s projects. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to drive specific HR programs/initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent.

Responsibilities

Contributes to developing and refining workforce planning models by collaborating with HR, Tech, Program Management, and Product team members to create and enhance Excel-based workforce planning, forecasting, and optimization models.
Longer term, research and implement a technology solution to replace Excel-based models.
Supports organizational design initiatives by gathering and analyzing internal and external data and providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Supports planning and coordination of activities related to HR programs or portfolio of programs.
Implements strategies and processes for People data analytics and reporting, including analyzing people and organizational data to drive the HR agenda and recommendations. Provides data analysis support to HR Partners and Recruiting Leaders as needed.

Requirements

3 - 5 years overall experience, including 3+ years project managing complex projects across HR disciplines (workforce planning, headcount resource allocation, talent metrics, people data analytics & reporting), ideally in a tech company.
Strong presentation, analytical, and Excel skills.
Background in workforce planning with a focus on data analytics.
Experience and ease in interfacing with different stakeholder groups (including Technology Teams, Product, Finance, etc.).
Prior experience working with HR systems, resource allocation software, and complex Excel tables is a plus.
PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
