We are looking for a talented and creative Employer Brand Manager to join our People and Sustainability team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance LEM's internal communication and employer brand globally, attract new talent and develop the experience and engagement of our employees, ensuring we position ourselves as an employer of choice in every market we operate in. You will work with different stakeholders to showcase our corporate culture and career opportunities through different channels and to different audiences, with a specific focus on internal communication.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will further develop our employer value proposition and define the best ways to communicate it internally and externally.
You will lead global employer brand projects and activities, working closely with local HR teams to ensure that our employer brand is represented consistently and effectively.
You will create targeted employer brand campaigns, coordinate and support their local implementation across all channels to attract and engage the best talents.
You will manage our presence and content on social media platforms, website careers page and employer review sites to engage candidates and promote our employer brand.
You will create & post engaging content, including blog posts, videos and employee testimonials, to showcase our company culture and employee experience.

You will build and lead the network of LEM brand ambassadors.
You will be responsible for driving MyLEM, our intranet with internal posts and coordinating internal communication with key stakeholders, by organising editorial meetings, defining processes, coordinating the publication calendar, producing, reviewing or refining the content, and being the gatekeeper of the publication line.
You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of your publications, campaigns and projects by analysing data and identifying opportunities for growth.
You will keep updated of industry trends and best practice in employer branding and internal communication.

Skills and Professional background:

You have a track record of successful Employer Branding with experience working in a multinational or global company.
You are proficient in branding and marketing strategies in Talent Acquisition, with a deep understanding of how to position and promote an attractive employer.
You possess cultural sensitivity and adaptability to effectively manage employer branding across diverse global markets and target groups.
You are a great networker and enjoy connecting and aligning with colleagues across different countries and functions, thanks to your excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
You demonstrate a strategic mindset to develop and execute global employer branding and talent attraction initiatives aligned with the company's purpose & strategy.
You pay attention to detail, and you are highly organized to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high quality communications against tight timelines.
You have excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English including the capacity to convey the company's culture.
You have a good command of digital tools and are at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence to create engaging content.
Your positive attitude, drive and ability to learn and adapt quickly to your new environment will ensure your success.
