As an Employee Experience Director, you'll lead our dedicated HR, Learning & Development, and Front of House teams, driving initiatives that nurture talent, promote well-being, and sustain our culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance, ensuring best practices and exceptional service.
- Learning & Development: Manage L&D programs, including coaching, core competencies, and partnerships with education providers.
- Facilities & ISO Compliance: Lead facilities management and ensure adherence to health, safety, and ISO standards.
- Strategic Partnership: Advise senior leaders on employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion strategies to keep Baily Garner a great place to work.
- Projects: Drive key initiatives, including HR policy updates and HRIS implementation (e.g., HiBob).
- Offices: regular travel to our three offices Eltham, Manchester and Birmingham
About You:
We're looking for an experienced, approachable HR professional who:
- Holds CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualifications.
- Has proven success in HR leadership roles, with expertise in employee experience, diversity, and neurodiversity.
- Demonstrates knowledge of UK employment law and HRIS systems.
- Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, people-first approach.
- Excels in communication, data analysis, and building strong relationships.
