It will rely on strategic industrial and academic partners experts in the maritime industry (laboratories, companies, startups, shipyards, etc.).
The Role
The Global Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and drive effective recruitment marketing campaigns. This role involves analyzing and presenting key talent acquisition processes and projects, as well as spearheading change management initiatives to optimize hiring outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, data analysis, and change management.
What You Are Going to Do:
Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice in collaboration with the communication department.
- Create and manage employer branding content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and employee testimonials.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze employer brand perception through surveys, reviews, and social media sentiment.
- Ensure that we have a coherent employee value proposition that is well deployed worldwide.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Design and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, email marketing, and events to promote job openings and the company culture.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and other digital advertising initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Process Analysis:
- Analyze key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and diversity hiring.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into recruitment performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership.
Change Management Initiatives:
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving talent acquisition processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation of changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR teams and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Partner with external agencies to enhance employer branding efforts.
- Provide training on best practices for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or talent acquisition; strong background in data analysis and change management; hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management abilities; proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics; creative thinking for innovative marketing campaigns.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving skills; strong leadership abilities; high level of integrity; ability to manage multiple projects independently.
