- Leadership Collaboration (25%): Partner with executives and department heads to identify talent needs and deliver on high-priority hiring objectives. Act as a trusted advisor in workforce planning and organizational design.
- Process Optimization (20%): Design scalable recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency. Create and maintain SOPs for consistency across all hiring activities.
- Data-Driven Recruitment (15%): Leverage data analytics and market insights to inform decision-making, track key recruitment metrics, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Team Development & Mentorship (10%): Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, including leadership roles in talent acquisition.
- Proven success in managing and scaling recruitment teams in dynamic, high-growth environments, particularly in tech.
- Strong strategic thinking, with a track record of aligning talent strategies to business objectives.
- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
