What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll take charge of attracting and retaining the best talent while driving candidate engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create hiring plans.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pipelines.
Building a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Utilizing data and metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process and inform decision-making.
Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
Promoting our employer brand.
Administering and optimizing ATS systems (e.g., Pinpoint, Predictive Index).
