As the Corporate Recruiter, the appointee will play a critical role in ensuring the hiring of the best possible talent to fulfill the staffing needs of the company and for its sustainable development.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and employer branding strategy for talent acquisition;
- Network through universities, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees to identify qualified candidates;
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives;
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for key open positions;
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates to fill various openings;
- Develop training programs for all level of employees, for example summer internship program, engineer trainee program and education allowance scheme;
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; and
- Any other duties as required.
- Suitable candidates will be degree qualified HR professionals , with a background in science/ engineering an advantage;
- At least 6 years of corporate recruiting experience in Innovation and Technology industry, preferably with experience in recruiting international candidates;
- Experience in organizing and administrating Training and Development Programs an advantage;
- Mature and able to work independently and to communicate in teamwork;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good working knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinance, knowledge on Mainland employment requirement a plus;
- Able to coach and supervise subordinate; and
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
