The Director of Leadership, Culture & Engagement will play a pivotal role shaping the global organizational culture and leadership strategy of this dynamic and admired business. As part of the People & Culture COE Leadership Team, this position is responsible for connecting business needs with our people agenda through the development of relevant and expert concepts, ensuring global implementation.
The Director will lead initiatives that foster a high-performing organization by setting the strategic direction for leadership and engagement, in alignment with the core values and new leadership standards. This role will provide specialist capability/ expertise and thinking to lead and deliver the programme of leadership development which facilitates the creation of the desired culture and increases the effectiveness and performance of the global leadership community, in the context of the business strategy and ambition.
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Substantial experience in leadership development and organizational culture, to include experience in a managerial role. Experience in employee engagement is a plus.
Deep understanding of human behaviour and able to translate this into pragmatic support.
Deep knowledge of leadership and cultural development and links to performance; and organisational capability.
Leadership capability assessment and development tools and techniques.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership and cultural initiatives. Strong understanding of organizational behaviour, change management, high-level stakeholder management and employee engagement strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
