職責：
- 執行中心內各項日常維修工作，包括：傢俬、家電、供水及渠務等
- 執行中心內各項設施的運作及維修，與保養承辦商維持設施於良好的安全水平
- 協助執行緊急召喚維修工作或其他突發事故，例如水浸、電力/冷氣系統故障、火災等
- 協助監督承辦商在中心內的安裝及維修工作，提供技術意見
- 定期視察院內各樓宇設備之狀況，並跟進維修事宜
- 執行上級指派的其他職務
要求：
- 持有有效的認可「電業工程人員A級證明書」(即電工A牌) 優先
- 最少三年相關工作經驗
- 能夠讀寫中文及簡單英文
