About the role...:

We are looking for someone to join our Audit team as an Audit Experience Coordinator, focusing on coordination, process improvements and data insights. Ultimately this role will play a critical part in enhancing the Audit experience from our early careers cohort right through to our Partner Population, boosting our decision making and overall offering.
It’s a real roll up your sleeves kind of role!
You will…
- Maintain key relationships within CP, ensuring clear communication and expectations have been met
- Link into the full employee life cycle, such as Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management, Engagement etc. Taking time to understand our internal processes and how they can be enhanced
- Log, track and analyse data, monitor processes and liaise with colleagues to offer a next level audit experience, and present data insights to the wider team
- Play a key part in audit initiatives by collating and reporting on feedback from the team, either from our weekly feedback or our annual engagement survey
- Support the training process by adding new starters to our training register, booking internal and external rooms and liaising with the resourcing team to make it work!
- Manage diaries, helping to organise meetings, take minutes and send/allocate gifts and rewards
Ultimately you will need to be passionate about the experience we want to provide within the Audit team and be a point of contact between Employees, Line Managers, Appraisee Managers and the People team, to help bring the processes and touchpoints together and provide a standout experience.
