Resourcing and Talent The FCA has been driving significant organisational, people, process and technology change in order to continue its evolution towards becoming a regulator of the future. Our people are at the centre of this journey, and key to our success. We now have the opportunity for an experienced talent expert, with senior stakeholder management experience, to lead a team that sets our talent strategy across the FCA.
The Talent team at the FCA sits in Human Resources, alongside the Experienced hires, Early Careers and Executive Resourcing teams to form the Resourcing and Talent department. The FCA Resourcing & Talent department is passionate about recruiting and developing the best talent for the future of the FCA.
What will you be doing?
You will manage the talent team (5 direct reports) to:

Shape and embed the approach to talent management across the FCA

Be responsible for end to end management of our talent review cycle
-
Oversee the strategic direction of the FCA secondments programme
-
Deliver SLT talent reviews and succession planning
-
Oversee our accelerated development programmes and progression support

Progress work on the FCA ‘career deal’

Minimum
-
Experience providing talent subject matter expertise at all stakeholder levels up to and including ExCo/Board
-
Experience in designing and delivering talent management approaches to meet strategic organisational talent goals and delivering talent programmes
-
Experienced in making data driven recommendations that are benchmarked externally

Previous people management experience
