You will deliver best in class People Operations services to colleagues and managers, as the first point of contact dealing with online, email and telephone queries on matters such as starters and leavers, absence, benefits administration, references, and family leave. You’ll partner with other members of the People team such as Payroll and Reward to deliver an excellent colleague experience.
0-12 months you'll deliver
A high level of service delivery to the business across the employment life cycle, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
Excellent HR process advice to managers, answering confidently based on data and a good understanding of policies and procedures.
The highest standards of accuracy and data excellence, ensuring accurate records in the HR system.
Continuous improvement of our systems and processes, partnering with colleagues across the People team to further enhance our new HR system (Workday).
Supporting ad-hoc People Team projects and initiatives.
We need this knowledge, experience + expertise:
A positive attitude with a proactive, flexible approach
Can prioritise and problem solve, with excellent attention to detail
Will recognise and act upon opportunities for improvement in processes, particularly within HR systems such as Workday.
Exceptional communications skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of the employment lifecycle.
Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic organisation with professional confidentiality and the highest levels of integrity, essential for a People team role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
