You would be working with 3 different products - NordVPN, NordLayer and Saily.
NordVPN Apps department will include all native platforms you can imagine - iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, Data, UX/UI Design.
In
NordLayer, you will be exposed to everything, that’s related to tech - the same mentioned app teams, plus FE, BE, Infra, Low-Level, QA and many more.
Saily is our brand new e-sim product and we are working on… you’ve guessed it - tech part, so FE/BE/QA/Infra will be your main focus area. In addition to that, we have many product-related roles like PO/PM.
Main Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full cycle recruitment in IT teams;
- Conduct HR (competency-based) interviews - identify candidates cultural and professional fit for the position;
- Collaborate and support hiring managers in all things related to recruitment cycle;
- Be an expert of company products and have a deep understanding about hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements;
- Be adept at analyzing and working with recruitment data;
- Proactively investigate new ideas to create innovative recruitment strategies;
- Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool
Core Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in IT;
- Experience working with recruitment tools and social platforms ;
- Solid understanding of recruitment metrics;
- Analytical skills (ability to analyze, identify and track performance);
- Highly organized and tech-savvy personality;
- Positive and can-do attitude;
- Eagerness to try new things and think outside-the-box;
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment;
- Clear and effective communication;
- Data driven approach;
- Fluency in English
