We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and dynamic Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage talent acquisition efforts across three key pillars: Healthcare Operations, Technology, and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting top talent, particularly within the healthcare domain, with a focus on hiring for bulk but all experienced, high-volume roles in healthcare operations (including physicians, medical coders, and related healthcare profiles), as well as specialized roles in technology and analytics.
This role will play a critical part in shaping the future talent strategy and building strong recruitment processes to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent across these high-demand sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead and Manage Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for healthcare operations, technology, and analytics talent pipelines.
Work closely with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Drive recruitment efforts for bulk hiring in healthcare operations, focusing on roles like physicians, medical coders, and other specialized healthcare profiles.
2.Recruitment for Healthcare Operations (Bulk Hiring): 75 %
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume healthcare operations roles, including physicians, medical coders, medical billing specialists, and other healthcare support staff. All experienced hires.
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external healthcare staffing agencies, healthcare job boards, and other recruitment channels to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
3.Technology & Analytics Recruiting: 25 %
Lead recruitment efforts for technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, IT infrastructure specialists, and data scientists, working in collaboration with hiring managers to understand specific technical needs.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle for analytics professionals, including data analysts, business intelligence analysts, and data engineers.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition for tech and analytics roles.
4.Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching and support in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview techniques.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure team success and drive continuous improvement.
5.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and department leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
Assist with workforce planning and forecasting, identifying critical skills gaps and proactively planning recruitment efforts.
6.Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement:
Develop and enhance the employer brand, ensuring the company is recognized as an employer of choice.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment, ensuring a broad and inclusive talent pipeline.
Promote a positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding, ensuring that candidates feel valued and respected.
7.Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies, particularly within the healthcare sector.
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Manage recruitment data and ensure accurate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
