FC Technology is currently recruiting an IT Recruiter to join our team and support recruitment efforts for top-tier IT talent across various projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, to attract top IT talent.
- Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with project requirements.
- Managing candidate's pipeline and maintaining regular communication with passive and active candidates.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.
You are the right talent if you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong track record in recruiting for IT roles.
- Familiarity with IT terminology, roles, and industry trends, allowing for effective technical screening and candidate assessment.
- Experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Based in Lisbon.
