The Job
We are searching for a strategic and creative Senior Specialist - Employer Branding to support our employer brand strategy. This dynamic role will be responsible for shaping how we attract, engage, and retain top talent in our competitive market. You will develop and implement innovative employer branding initiatives across various channels, fostering a strong employer brand reputation that attracts diverse and high-calibre candidates.
Objective: You will play a key role in building and delivering our Employer Branding strategy. You should have a passion for delivering creative content to showcase what makes AVEVA great, supporting us to attract and retain top talent and strengthen our position in the market.
Responsibilities

Building campaigns and content that align with our overall organisational requirements and people strategy priorities. Working closely with key stakeholders including talent acquisition, talent management, social media, employee communications and content studio teams to build out a calendar of campaigns and activities leveraging creative storytelling techniques and data-driven insights for maximum impact. The role will also build and deliver content for our recruitment marketing strategy.

Developing targeted plans that support the concentrated efforts of key business needs, e.g. R&D roles or early careers focuses. Working with key stakeholders build creative, engaging collateral and campaigns to support the goals. This will include career events, social campaigns, materials for recruiters for outreach activities, employee advocacy social programme, web pages etc.

Managing and maintaining social media and web channels that are specifically focused on employer brand, to include: Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Vercida, AVEVA.com/careers etc. Market research/competitor analysis to understand current trends in employer branding and the competitive landscape. Reviewing the social media ecosystem, driving fresh ideas for content and recommending new channels.

Build a library of content/stories/images/videos working with other teams across the business to include talent requisition, employee groups (Women@AVEVA etc), DEI and Action for Good, Sustainability Team, early careers, and university development team to develop a library of compelling content and images to support campaigns, blogs, social activities etc.

Supporting stakeholders in the business as they create job descriptions and job ads by developing templates that promote AVEVA as a great place to work and will work effectively on the relevant channels to attract talent.

Influence the direction of various touch points such as employee experience, onboarding, internal comms, etc where there is an opportunity to share employer brand related material/stories etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Creative, structured and detail-oriented
- Strong relationship-builder at all levels of the organisation and able to explore opportunities to build meaningful collaborations with stakeholders
- Strong written communicator with a focus on storytelling and developing engaging content that stands out in the news feed, knows how to tailor content for different platforms.
- Creation of video storyboards, able to support editing etc.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring the impact of employer branding initiatives.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong focus on employer branding. Prior experience in Talent acquisition will be a great addition.

Hybrid working
By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
