Ideally, you will have worked in the e-commerce space for direct-to-consumer products and managed all HR functions of corporate and distribution.
You will be able to utilize your solid skills in performance management plan creation and management, worker compensation, compensation analysis, pay grade development and more.
Due to rapid growth, this role will include both strategic as well as hands-on tactical functions. You will also be required to work 4 days onsite (non negotiable).
What we are looking for:
5+ years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
● Experience working in high-growth, startup environments preferred.
● Prior experience in e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) industries is a plus.
● Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practices.
● Proven ability to navigate and implement HR policies in dynamic, rapidly evolving organizations.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Drive and ClickUp.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
