This pivotal career move will see you leveraging your media, social media, reporting and diplomatic agency liaison skills to massive effect.
Working on multi-territory projects across the worldwide Sage portfolio, you’ll support our Global Employer Brand Manager to bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life.
And you’ll travel to our Lawrenceville office 2 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home for the rest of the working week. Making this a role that allows you to flex your time as well as your skills.
THE PERSON
You might be working in-house or at an agency, whatever your background, you’ll bring experience of creating media and creative briefs, plus working with ad and content agencies to launch campaigns, showcase employer brands and promote EVPs.
A great networker who can build positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers alike, you’ll also be a stickler for best practice and high performance. Making you a perfect fit for the Sage culture.

Key responsibilities
Here at Sage, we’re driving an agenda for a more robust approach to employer brand amplification. So it’s not just social content you’ll work on, but other key platforms in the employer brand content marketing funnel, too, such as podcast and blog. Not to mention recruitment advertising and employer brand awareness campaigns.
Building positive working relationships with different agency providers, you’ll quickly get to grips with a range of strategies and what needs to be done to make them happen.
That might include:
Organising interviews with podcast guests
Creating LinkedIn sponsorship campaigns for jobs or content
Getting employer brand content signed off by various stakeholders
Giving rationalised, brand-aware feedback on agency content
Calendaring content in conjunction with the Social Media team
Whatever task you’re working on, you’ll deliver it with passion, pride, diplomacy, and a sense of relentlessness that means every single output is the very best it can be.
