As a Talent Branding Specialist you are the key in communication with our target candidate audience through content and event organization. In this role, you should not be afraid to put your creativity, desire to learn and preciseness to the test, as there are plenty opportunities to bring your ideas to life.
This role will focus on enhancing our employer brand through effective event organization and compelling social media content creation. This full time role is for you if you are looking for diverse tasks and projects, if you are self-driven and can adapt to new directions through learning.

The role sits in the Talent Branding team, responsible to tell the Stefanini story to attract top talent to join the Stefanini team. We strive to showcase the culture of a family-owned business, with an entrepreneurial approach through online campaigns, in-person events , student-oriented programs and more.
Location: Bucharest, Hybrid way of working
To succeed in this role you must:
- Have previous experience of 1-2 years in either marketing, branding, advertising, event planning, employer branding;
- Be a team player by closely working in a team to brainstorm, communicate and complete projects;
- Act in a precise and autonomous way in your individual tasks;
- Have an intermediate understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives;
- Have a strong eye for design and attention to detail;
- Be open to work on diverse and multiple projects simultaneously, while managing tight deadlines and complexity;
- Be exceptionally proficient in English, both written and spoken;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field is an advantage.
Although not mandatory for the hiring decision, the new colleague holding this role must be open to:
- Develop a vision on how to bring the Employer Branding Strategy to reality through specific projects;
- Develop own strategy in creating effective online and in-person events in accordance with the strategy;
- Adopt and develop a continuous learning habit to generate effective solutions to challenges;
What you'll do:
- Brainstorm event theme and format in accordance with the target audience and objectives;
- Organizing events to suit diverse audience and targets, such as career fairs, open houses, workshops, and networking events;
- Gather and analyze feedback post-events to continuously improve future initiatives;
- Brainstorm, develop, and implement creative concepts for social media content that showcases our company culture and values;
- Create the social media concepts and work with the team to create engaging posts, stories, videos, and graphics for various social media platforms to attract top talent;
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, testimonials, and insights from employees to highlight on social media;
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine content strategy and enhance engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices and innovative approaches to employer branding.
