As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing exceptional talent, crafting job descriptions that resonate with candidates, and contributing to our employer branding initiatives.
You will utilize a mix of online channels, industry networks, and innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates. Your expertise will drive our talent pipeline, ensuring a steady influx of diverse and skilled professionals.
You’ll be the architect of compelling vacancy texts that do more than list duties. Your descriptions will capture the essence of each role, highlighting the impact it has on our mission and culture.
Through thoughtful language and insight, you’ll attract candidates who are not just qualified, but aligned with our values.
We don’t just post and hope here either. You will be crafting interview programs that go beyond the standard. Your goal is to unearth candidates’ motivations, work styles, and alignment with our culture. Every interview will be an opportunity to delve deep, ensuring both candidate and company fit.
This is a hybrid role where site presence for interviews and employer brand activities, to name just a few, will be required.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Ownership of vacancies across the group (International), from workforce planning to the future development of the successful candidate.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives – Your efforts will shape our external reputation, making us a magnet for top talent.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department, providing pro-active approaches to workforce planning.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and future skills gaps.
- Determine selection criteria for each position whilst creating an engaging hiring manager experience.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies – We don’t just post and pray here.
- Experience in creating engaging recruitment campaigns that support D&I and deliver a memorable recruitment experience on an international level.
- You have the ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload, adapting to fit the changing needs of the business.
- You have a strong understanding of HR processes and are able to handle HR related data confidentially.
- If you have experience of international recruitment that would be a real plus.
- Experience of utilising social media on a global scale to enhance employer brand.
