Freelance ROLE: Project manager - Busy Employer Brand Agency - Central London
Freelance: 2 months. £275 - £300 Per Day

We are partnering with a respected employee-owned agency, working with incredible household named clients on exciting employer branding campaigns, with the aim of making clients more attractive to talent through engagement. They are looking for a wonderful project manager to sit with client services and drive projects, acting as the fuel between all of the departments, coordinating and ensuring all stays within budget. A highly varied role which will see you out and about on site with video shoots, liaising with creative teams, all using your expertise to get projects complete! You will report in to the Client Partner and work together on one of the agency's top household named clients, plus other large accounts!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth completion of projects within budget
- Collaborate with creative, digital, social and media teams within the agency
- Maintaining and reporting on project plans and critical paths
- Fostering long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to drive repeat business
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ business, products & services, whilst also keeping pace with market & industry trends – proactive research is paramount
About you:
- Project management experience within a creative / marketing agency environment - managing multi-phased, complex, cross channel campaigns
- Experience working on HR / EVP related projects - desirable
- Experience of delivering complex projects on time, on budget and maintaining effective client and team relationships
- In-depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
- Understanding of marketing
