Position Summary
In the capacity of Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in defining our recruitment strategy and operational framework. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee a talented team, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for candidates while spearheading recruitment initiatives across our Corporate and Studio divisions. Your strategic insights will be essential in attracting and retaining premier talent in our dynamic and expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a premier Talent Acquisition strategy designed for a high-growth context.
- Guarantee a personalized candidate experience from the initial interaction through the hiring process, reflecting our comprehensive "hire-to-retire" philosophy.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to address current hiring needs while establishing a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Motivate and guide the recruitment team, promoting their professional development and career advancement.
- Leverage recruitment technologies to ensure seamless candidate experiences, including Applicant Tracking Systems and digital interviewing platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition matters, encompassing timing, skill requirements, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and other internal teams to build robust internal talent pipelines, balancing internal and external candidate sourcing.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to create and implement compelling employment branding initiatives, assessing the impact of external communications.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to consistently enhance recruitment effectiveness and strategic direction.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition; experience within luxury, medical, or retail sectors is advantageous.
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, and listening abilities, facilitating effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Capacity to cultivate robust, trusting relationships within the company.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives while demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
