Our fintech client is looking for a Marketing Manager for a 12-month assignment in the San Francisco area. This is role required ONE day a week of working onsite (remaining 4 days can be remote). This is a 40 hr/week role.
Position Overview
The Sr. Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This position requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and project management abilities to optimize marketing initiatives across various channels, particularly in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Oversee the execution of direct mail marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting related to marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in creative strategy and marketing strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and analyze marketing data.
- Proficiency in optimization techniques and tools for marketing campaigns.
- Experience in vendor management and direct mail marketing execution.
- Familiarity with landing page design and optimization best practices.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Our client is a top financial company in the Greater San Francisco area. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate on a year long contract. The Senior Marketing Associate will help with direct mail marketing strategy, planning, excution, and optimization. Expected to be onsite in the SF office 1X per week (can work remotely on remaining days). This role is 40 hours / week.
The Senior Marketing Associate will manage direct mail targeting strategy, execution and reporting to ensure that campaigns are effectively reaching and converting the target audiences. This person will also handle compliance, project management, vendor relations, and agency of record management.
The Qualifications And Expectations
- Experience leading targeting strategy, campaign execution and reporting of marketing campaigns, Direct Mail specifically and past experience with landing pages
- Proven experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and managing outside vendors
- Experience working with a financial company or on financial products preferred
- Specific tasks include, overseeing direct mail campaign strategy and monthly roadmaps, campaign planning / execution, direct mail attribution, weekly reporting, and optimization
The Best Fit Will Have
- 5+ years of end-to-end direct mail marketing strategy within financial services
- Experience working with vendors and agencies
- Experience with Tableau reporting
- Ability to pitch and present ideas
- Can work in the Google Suite
- A passion for the finance industry
